If we need to postpone the LIVE Summit, the event will either be streamed or postponed. Delegates’ tickets will be moved to the new dates or refunds provided as preferred. Should a specific location be in lockdown or a border closure occur which prevents a delegate attending the event LIVE, we will offer a streaming option or refund as preferred.
Cancellation policy: Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable.
If the event is cancelled outright due to COVID-19 a full refund will be issued.
Invoices: You will receive an invoice from Humanitix directly.
